Two Types of Memberships
Shareholder: $290.00—This membership allows the member(s) to own property around the lake and enjoy the use of the lake, the equipment, and lake activities.
Application of Membership – Shareholder
Associate: $200.00—This form of membership gives the individual(s) the capability to engage in activities at the lake, as well as privileges to use the lake and the equipment without property ownership.
Application of Membership – Associate
NOTE: Shareholder and Associate membership fees are due on or before **May 1st. Statements will be mailed after February 1st.
- **A $25 late fee will be applied monthly past the May 1st deadline.
- Statements will be mailed to members Feb. 1st.
Guest Privileges
Members may have guests at the lake.
Member must be on lake premises
Quiet from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Camping Rates
Permanent Campground:
Season Rate: $1000.00 annually
Includes Water, Electric, Dumping Station. Garbage Dumpsters
Winter Storage—$300
Temporary Campground–
No Electricity: $25.00 per night
With Electricity: $40.00 per night
Community Center Rental
Member Fees:
Community Center: $75
Kitchen is an additional: $25
Non-Member Fees:
Community Center: $300 – plus $75 deposit
Corporate Boat Slip Rental
Season Rate: $60.00 annually
